{PRIVACY POLICY}
This site collects information on you in two ways:
1. The information that you manually provide us by placing an order, contacting us through e-mail, or signing up for our newsletter, can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided.
2. The information that’s automatically collected via our third-party
partners: [Paypal, Shopify Payments, Mailchimp]. The types of information collected here include things like your email address, pages you have visited, and IP address. Generally, our third-party partners only give us this information
in the aggregate (e.g. it’s not identifiable to you) but sometimes this
information can be directly tied to you.
We do our best to protect your sensitive personal information. We
protect it by partnering with Shopify and Paypal to store your credit card information. This information is automatically collected by our third party partners and we do not personally see these details.  The information collected is only shared with others in order for us to properly fulfill your orders.

attributable to you, please feel free to contact us directly.

{PAYMENT POLICY}
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Any orders placed without payment will be canceled automatically by our system. If you require assistance during the checkout process, please contact us as we would be more than happy to assist you.

PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE

PAYPAL: We gladly accept all Paypal payments (Paypal balance, e-check transfer, or debit credit card)

CREDIT CARDS/APPLE PAY: We gladly accept most major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.

** PLEASE NOTE: Paypal Payments made by E-check take up to 7 business days to clear. Once your payment has cleared fully, we will notify you of when you can expect your first proof.

{REFUND POLICY}
Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds will not be issued once your 1st proof has been designed and sent to you. We charge for the time it takes to design your order, and once the 1st proof is sent, the work has already been done.

We STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design prior to requesting your final copy. Due to different screen resolutions on an individual's computer monitor, colors may vary on the final printed product.
After your final copy has been released to you...there is a $5 fee for edits. (We do not charge for date changes.)

{PHOTO POLICY}
If you will be using a professional photo in your design, you MUST have the rights to the digital use of the photo. We cannot use watermarked images, nor will we remove watermarks for you. On occasion, we may request a copy of the photo release form to be sent to us by the photographer.

** PHOTO RESOLUTION ** Photos can really make or break a design...therefore when uploading your photo's to us please use unedited high-resolution photos. Pixelated or blurry photos will not print well and may lower the printing quality of the entire design. We are not responsible for photos that have a low resolution or poor image quality.
