Forever Your Prints is a home-based business, and at this time we only correspond via e-mail. It is MUCH better than having a screaming 5 year old in the background while trying to talk on the phone. =)
E-mails are checked regularily through the day and night, and we strive to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
HOW MANY INVITATIONS DO I RECEIVE FOR $14? TOP
All our of adorable designs are digitally designed, and sent to you via email. You receive 1 personalized design file, that you may then have printed as many times as you require.
If you are in need of a 2nd design of the same, with simple date and time changes...there is an additional $5 charge.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY 1ST PROOF? TOP
Our turn around times can vary from day to day, based on current order volumes. Current turn around times are posted on our websites homepage.
HOW IS MY FINAL DESIGN DELIVERED? TOP
Upon final approval by the client, all design orders will be delivered via emailto the email address provided when the order was placed.
PLEASE ADD firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list. 99% of our emails will go directly into spam folders or bounce back if this is not done. When you are expecting your 1st proof(s) or final design...please check in your spam folder if you do not see your design in your in-box.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES? TOP
Yes we do! We offer an optional professional printing service for our 5x7/4x6 Invitations, Holiday Cards, and Thank You Cards. We do not offer printing services for any of our other products at this time.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED? TOP

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES? TOP
Yes we do. We know what it is like to be in a time crunch...so we gladly offer a rush service for Invitations only. A $6 fee does apply. Please contact us for further details.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SIZES THAN 5X7 AND 4X6? TOP
Unfortunately we do not. We only offer 5 x 7, and 4 x 6 prints.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SAMPLES? TOP
Do to the nature of our business, we do not provide custom samples prior to an order/payment being received. Design samples are provided throughout the website.
CAN I CHANGE THE FONT COLORS, FONT STYLE AND WORDING ON THE DESIGN? TOP
All designs are sold as shown, and do not include custom graphic or font color changes.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS IN THE GRAPHICS USED IN THE DESIGN? TOP
Most graphic elements we are unable to change due to licensing restrictions with the graphic designers we work with. If you are needing a color changed...please contact us to see if we are able to do so for your particular design.
DO YOU OFFER PHOTO EDITING? TOP
We will gladly crop your photo's to fit your design, and upon request, change your photo's to B&W and Sepia.
We are however unable to remove elements from your photo's, including backgrounds.
I NEED TO ADD MORE PHOTO'S TO A DESIGN THAN IT ALLOWS, CAN I DO THIS? TOP
Absolutely! Additional charges do apply. Contact us for further details.
I LOVE THE PROOF OF THE DESIGN I BOUGHT, BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN...CAN WE SWITCH IT? TOP
No. When you place an order, you are choosing the design that you have purchased. If we have not begun the design process...you are more than welcome to select another design.
MY PRINT LAB MADE AN ERROR WHEN PRINTING MY DESIGN, CAN I GET A REFUND? TOP
While we are responsible for the design itself...we are not responsible for printing errors. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the printing process of your design. To avoid any errors while printing, we HIGHLY suggest printing a sample at the lab you choose to use.
CAN I PRINT MY FILES FROM MY CELL PHONE? TOP
No. Cell phones do not have the proper software required for printable files, and therefore should not be used. Most of our files need the computer program Adobe Acrobat Reader, which allows you to view and print the PDF files properly.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTO'S TO YOU? TOP
When you are placing your order, you will see a special link at checkout to an ELECTRONIC FORM. You may submit your order details, and any photo's (if applicable to your design) via this form.
Alternatively, you may CLICK HERE and save the link for future reference.
CAN I USE DISNEY IMAGES IN MY DESIGN? TOP
No. We will not use Disney images in our designs whatsoever. Disney, Pixar etc. are copyright characters and it is illegal for our company to use their images in our designs. In addition, many photo labs will refuse service when copyright images are used.
All of the graphics used in our designs have been purchased by our company through various graphic designers, and we have the legal right to them via a commercial license.
I RECEIVED MY FINAL PROOF, BUT NOW NEED AN EDIT DONE...CAN YOU DO THIS? TOP
Yes. Date and venue changes are very common, therefore we never charge for those edits. All other edits such as re-sizing, color changes, wording changes, etc...are $5 per design after we have released your final design.
CAN I EDIT THE DESIGN MYSELF? TOP
No. All design creations and edit's are done on our end using various graphic design programs. Your final file will come to you as a flattened jpeg file, or PDF file which does not allow for edits.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DESIGN FOR? TOP
Due to the volume of orders/files we receive on a monthly basis, all designs will be purged from our system 30 days after we have released your final design to you.
CAN YOU DESIGN PARTY PACKAGES IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE? TOP
While we can design single designs in other languages, we are unable to design a full Party Package due to the time involved. It takes on average 2 to 3 hours to design a MINI Package in a foreign language, as all the designs have to be re-designed.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? TOP
Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds cannot be issued once your approval has been given and the completed design has been e-mailed to you.
