IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE I CAN REACH YOU? TOP

Forever Your Prints is a home-based business, and at this time we only correspond via e-mail. 

E-mails are checked regularily through the day and night, and we strive to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS DO I RECEIVE FOR $16? TOP

All our of adorable designs are digitally designed, and sent to you via email. You receive 1 personalized design file, that you may then have printed as many times as you require.

If you are in need of a 2nd design of the same, with simple date and time changes...there is an additional $5 charge.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DESIGN WORDING/PHOTO'S TO YOU? TOP

When you are placing your order, you will see a special link at checkout to an ELECTRONIC FORM. You may submit your order details, and any photo's (if applicable to your design) via this form.

Alternatively, you may CLICK HERE and save the link for future reference.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY 1ST PROOF? TOP

Our turn around times can vary from day to day, based on current order volumes. Current turn around times are posted on our websites homepage, on the left side.

CAN YOU SEND ME A BLANK INVITATION? TOP

No. Due to licensing requirements with our clipart team of designers, and to protect our companies designs from duplication...all invitations must be personalized. We will not send a blank invitation under any circumstance.

HOW ARE MY DESIGNS DELIVERED TO ME? TOP

All of our designs are delivered via email, unless you have purchased one of our printing services.
Party Package files are sent to you through a download link in an email. We are unable to send these files through any other method, due to the extreme size of them. You MUST download them to a computer, please do not use your phone, tablet, or any other device as it will not work.

DO YOUR INVITATIONS INCLUDE A BLEED? TOP

No they do not. If you are using a pro-lab to print your invitations, please contact us before placing your order. We have a template that we will place your design on which allows for a .25 inch bleed, but the design will not automatically come with one unless you contact us first. A $5 fee does apply.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES? TOP

Yes we do! We offer an optional professional printing service for all of our adorable products. Simply click on the prnting services tab to view all our available printing options.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED? TOP

While personal choice will vary, our clients have had great success with the following companies. Yours truly...Forever Your Prints =)

We do NOT recommend having your designs printed at Costco.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES? TOP

Yes we do. We know what it is like to be in a time crunch...so we gladly offer a rush service for Invitations only. A $5 fee does apply. Please contact us for more details.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SIZES THAN 5X7 AND 4X6? TOP

Unfortunately we do not. We only offer 5 x 7, and 4 x 6 prints.

CAN YOU DESIGN PARTY PACKAGES IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE? TOP

While we can design single designs in other languages, we are unable to design a full Party Package due to the time involved in changing all of the wording throughout the package.

DOES MY DESIGN INCLUDE CUSTOM COLOR CHANGES? TOP

No, it does not include any custom coloring work. There is a custom color fee for all color changes. Please contact us for a price quote prior to placing your order, as not all designs can be changed.

I RECEIVED MY FINAL PROOF, BUT NOW NEED AN EDIT DONE...CAN YOU DO THIS? TOP

Yes. Date and venue changes are very common, therefore we never charge for those edits. All other edits such as re-sizing, color changes, wording changes, etc...are $5 per design after we have released your final design.

I LOVE THE PROOF OF THE DESIGN I BOUGHT, BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN...CAN WE SWITCH IT? TOP

No. When you place an order, you are choosing the design that you have purchased. If we have not begun the design process...you are more than welcome to select another design.
Once we have started the design process, if you change your mind and wish for a different design, you will need to purchase that new design.

MY PRINT LAB MADE AN ERROR WHEN PRINTING MY DESIGN, CAN I GET A REFUND? TOP

While we are responsible for the design itself...we are not responsible for printing errors. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the printing process of your design. To avoid any errors while printing, we HIGHLY suggest printing a sample at the lab you choose to use.

CAN I PRINT MY FILES FROM MY CELL PHONE? TOP

No. Cell phones do not have the proper software required for printable files, and therefore should not be used. Most of our files need the computer program Adobe Acrobat Reader, which allows you to view and print the PDF files properly.
Phones compress the files and they will lose resolution, and print poorly. If you choose to use your phone, you do so at your own risk.

I AM PRINTING MY DESIGNS AT HOME, BUT CANNOT GET THEM TO LINE UP PROPERLY. TOP

Printing from home is a wonderful option, but unless you know how to align your printer properly, you can run into alignment issues. As designers, we have no technical knowledge on how your printer runs, prints, or aligns. If you are having difficulty printing, please refer to your printer's instruction manual.
